I used to have chronic lower back pain and after 25 years of physiotherapy and visits to the chiropractor began training with Pete in July of 2018. This was after being advised to concentrate more on my core stability.
Once I took the plunge my original goal was to improve my flexibility, mobility and endurance. As a positive by-product I soon noticed my strength starting to improve as well. I am now able to perform exercises I would never have attempted just a few months ago and can honestly say my all round health and wellbeing has improved dramatically.
Pete is always willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions I ask and his dedication to helping people is commendable. Pete’s sessions are always fun, whilst he continues to mix up the training so it never gets boring.
