Pricing structure is based on the needs of the individual. We offer short session/single session package deals and concessions for youth athletes.

The science is in the programming, the art is in the coaching.

Being in a one-to-one environment enables a coach to make real time adjustments to the programme in line with the principles used and not lose sight of the desired outcome from the training.

We often are asked to write a programme for someone to follow, however to get the best out of a training programme input from a coach is imperative. Whenever we provide a programme there are specific goals and principles behind that programme which need to be monitored to achieve the desired result.

TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT 

Whether it’s learning to bodyweight squat correctly or hone your technique in the snatch, one-to-one coaching can have a huge benefit to developing correct technique and movement mechanics.

Having an experienced coach in a one-to-one environment that cannot only identify suboptimal movement mechanics but also prescribe suitable interventions to develop and progress to the desired results.

So if you are new to training and fitness, or an experienced athlete and/or gym goer there is always space for technical support and development.
